The scams we see most
Scammers go after Ocala's retirees hard, because it works. These are the ones we clean up after most.
- Pop-ups that say your computer is infected, with a number to call.
- Callers pretending to be Microsoft, Apple, Amazon, or your bank.
- Demands for gift cards or wire transfers to fix an account.
- Romance, grandparent, and impersonation scams.
- Remote-access software left behind by someone you shouldn't have trusted.

Everyday tech help
Most of what we do is quieter than that. It's making things work again.
- Wi-Fi, printers, and smart TVs that stay working.
- A new computer, tablet, or phone, set up with your files moved over.
- Email and accounts cleaned up after a scare.
- A slow computer looked over and tuned up.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you come to homes and businesses in Ocala?
Yes, anywhere in Ocala and Marion County. We come to you.
Can you help me remotely without coming out first?
The first visit is on-site, because we set up the secure connection in person. After that, most fixes happen remotely through our Remote Support Plan, same-day and after-hours when we can.
I got a pop-up saying my computer is infected and to call a number. What should I do?
Don't call the number, and don't let anyone connect to your computer. It's a common scam. Power it off if you can, and we'll check whether anything's actually wrong.
Someone called saying they were from Microsoft or my bank. Is that real?
Almost never. Real companies don't call out of the blue to fix your computer or ask for gift cards. If you already gave someone access or information, we can help you lock the accounts back down.
Do I need to be good with technology to work with you?
No. We work at your pace and explain things in plain English. No talking down, and we'll write the steps down if that helps.
How much does it cost?
Depends on the work, and you get a clear quote before we start. No surprises, and we won't push anything you don't need.
