- Hardware Repairs (90 Days): New parts installed are warrantied against defects for ninety (90) days.
- General Service & Repairs (30 Days): Most standard repairs and services are warrantied for thirty (30) days.
- Virus & Software Repair (14 Days): Due to the nature of software, virus and malware removal services are warrantied for fourteen (14) days.
Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover issues that are unrelated to the original service, new damage caused by the customer (e.g., drops, spills), or new software issues (like subsequent virus infections) that occur after the device is returned.
The Computer Services Agreement signed for your service governs if it differs from this summary.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Defend I.T. Solutions, LLC and affiliates from claims and liabilities arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Dispute Resolution
If disputes arise, you agree to first seek mediation, followed by binding arbitration if necessary. Both parties will share costs equally.
You retain the right to bring claims in small claims court or for injunctive relief or intellectual property matters.
