Cybersecurity & Tech Support in The Villages, FL

One of the most scam-targeted places in the country. We help you stay ahead of it.

The Villages is one of the largest retirement communities in the country. That's exactly why the scammers work it so hard. We help you see it coming, and put it right when it gets through.

The rest is ordinary: a printer that won't print, Wi-Fi that dies at the back of the house, a tablet the grandkids set up wrong. We come to you, make it work, and leave you able to use it. No pressure, no jargon.

Why people call us

You don't need to become an expert. You need someone you trust to fix it and tell you, plainly, what was actually wrong.

  • We come to you, across The Villages and the nearby towns.
  • We explain it simply, and write it down when that helps.
  • You get a clear quote before any work starts.
  • No upsells, no pressure, no jargon.

The scams we see most

If you live here, you've already gotten the call. The Villages is the target, and these are the ones we clean up after most.

  • Lock-screen pop-ups that say you're infected, with a number to call now.
  • Cold calls from a fake Microsoft, Apple, Amazon, or bank 'fraud department.'
  • Gift-card and wire-transfer demands to fix an account that was never broken.
  • Romance, grandparent, and impersonation scams aimed at people living alone.
  • Remote-access software a stranger talked you into installing.

Everyday tech help

Most days there's no scam in sight. It's just getting the everyday tech to behave.

  • Wi-Fi that reaches the lanai and the guest room, and printers that print.
  • A new phone, tablet, or computer set up with everything moved across.
  • Email and accounts straightened out after a scam scare.
  • A sluggish computer checked over and sped back up.

How It Works

From the first call to a solved problem, the process is simple and no pressure.

Three steps: reach out, an on-site or remote visit, then a secured device
  1. 1

    Reach out

Call, text, or send a message describing what you need help with.

  2. 2

    On-site or remote

We come to your home or business to help in person. Clients who have already had an on-site visit can also get remote support for quick follow-ups.

  3. 3

    Book the next step

We recommend the right service and book the visit or follow-up that fits your situation.

Where we work

We cover all five town squares (Spanish Springs, Lake Sumter Landing, Brownwood, Sawgrass Grove, and Eastport), plus Lady Lake, Wildwood, Summerfield, and the surrounding Central Florida area.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you come to homes inside The Villages?

Yes, across The Villages and the nearby towns. We come to you, on-site.

Can you help me remotely without coming out first?

Remote support is for local clients, and the setup is done in person, so the first visit is on-site. After that, most fixes happen remotely through our Remote Support Plan, including same-day and after-hours help where available.

I got a pop-up saying my computer is infected and to call a number. What should I do?

Don't call it, and don't let anyone connect in. It's one of the most common scams here. Switch the device off if you can, and we'll check whether anything's actually wrong.

Someone called saying they were from Microsoft or my bank. Is that real?

Almost never. Real companies don't call out of the blue to fix your computer or ask for gift cards. If you already gave them access or information, we'll help you get the accounts locked back down.

Do I need to be good with technology to work with you?

No. We work at your pace and explain things simply, and write the steps down if that helps.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the work. You get a clear quote before we start. No surprises.
