Remote Service

Remote Tech Support

Get help with software, settings, email, printers, and other everyday computer problems on an enrolled device.

Did You Know?

Many software, account, and settings problems can be solved without handling the computer in person.

Remote access is limited to devices enrolled through the Remote Support Plan.

The selected access tier determines whether you start each session or authorize unattended support.

What We Help With

Remote support is for problems that do not require hands-on hardware work.

  • Email, account, and sign-in problems
  • Printer and peripheral setup
  • Software errors, updates, and settings
  • Browser problems and unwanted pop-ups
  • General troubleshooting on enrolled devices

What to Expect

We connect through the secure access configured during local enrollment.

Client-initiated sessions start when you request them. Unattended support is available only for authorized devices under the selected plan.

You can ask questions during a live session and see the work as it happens.

If the problem requires physical repair or local service, we explain the next step.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need the Remote Support Plan first?

Yes. Remote Tech Support is available only for devices enrolled in an active Remote Support Plan. Enrollment begins with a local setup visit.

What problems can you fix remotely?

Remote sessions can address many software, update, sign-in, email, printer, browser, and settings problems. Hardware repair and other hands-on work require local service.

Can you access my device without permission?

Access follows the permissions selected during enrollment. Client-initiated sessions start when you request them. Unattended access is limited to authorized devices under the selected plan and can be revoked.
